My Knowledge Genie
Writing an online course can be a breeze using this tool. You can try it out on one genie for free, but you will want to upgrade for just $5 a month to create more. We love using My Knowledge Genie to create module-based courses because we can add links, files, checklists, summary questions, and reminders all in one place. Then when you are ready, you can assign access to whomever and whenever you want.

Highrise
This partner product of Basecamp is more than a powerful address book but is not as cumbersome as a full-blown CRM app. It is a good product to keep track of contact details, who last spoke to whom, what the next to-do is, and so on. This online contact manager integrates with MailChimp and has an iPhone version called Bungalow.

This is another web-based contact management software which allow you to organize your important contact information in a single view, easily coordinate and manage multiple calendars online, effectively manage your sales pipeline online, and you can have real time access to information while out of the office. This contact management software is a true “Mobile Office” solution for those who travel. For example, you can make Skype phone calls directly from your computer and it works with any web enabled phone – who no syncing.

Winzip
This program will allow you to zip your files and encrypt them. You can use this if you are sending important and sensitive files or information to your client or on your clients behalf. You can also use this if you have a large file that you want to send to someone via email. This program will compress the file for you so that you can deliver the file to your client whole and not in various emails.
Clipperz
Clipperz is a free online password manager. It will store your passwords, credit card numbers, logins, and more for you.
Roboform
This is another option for an online password manager. It not only manages your passwords but it is a form filler as well. It is compatible with every sort of browser out there (IE, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
10 Minute Mail
If you are testing a feature out for your client or subscribing to something and you don’t want to use your personal/business email address and open yourself for spam, you can try 10 Minute Mail. This site will give you access to an email for exactly 10 minutes. After that, the email address is no longer valid.
GoToMyPC
If you work from a desktop and a laptop, you can really utilize this program. You can log onto your desktop from your laptop or visa versa from anywhere (as long as you have internet connection). You can also transfer files from one computer to the next. We think this an awesome virtual computer access program.
LogMeIn
Logmein is the same as Gotomypc but it is a free program. The biggest difference between the two is that for the file sharing feature, you will have to upgrade with logmein. With gotomypc, it comes with your purchase.

TimeDriver Appointment Scheduler
This program is a personal appointment scheduler that works with Outlook and Google Calendar. It lets you offer appointments to clients by putting a schedule link in e-mail messages and on Web pages. Appointments flow into your calendar automatically.
Pixie Color Picker from Nattyware
The color picker is designed for web designers. You can run the program and then point to a color and it will tell you the hex, RGB, HTML, CMYK, and HSV values of that color. You can then use these values to reproduce the selected color in your favorite programs.
Carbonite Online Backup
This program provides online and offsite backup. It will install a small application on you computer that works quietly in the background looking for new and changed files that need to be backed up. It looks and feels just like part of your computer, and it is integrated with your operating system – there is not a new interface for you to learn. It is completely automatic, secure and encrypted to protect your privacy and you get your files back with a few clicks.
